All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or a confirmation message with delivery details. You can use this information to track your order through our courier partner’s website.
If you’re not satisfied with your fragrance, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or exchange as soon as possible.
